Is linen provided?

Yes, all linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are available at the resort reception.

Can I use all the facilities of the resort?

Yes, all facilities of the resort are for your use and enjoyment. As for all guests of the resort, some facilities may incur a bond or charge.

Can I open an account at the resort?

Yes, upon check in an account will be set up for you to charge restaurant, bar, massage and shop items which must be settled on check out.

Can we use the kids club?

Yes, please contact the resort on 02 6652 7555 for opening times and to register your children.

How often is the house serviced?

The villa is serviced weekly or mid stay for stays over a week. You can request a service from the resort but this may incur a charge, or when booking ask us about our special fully serviced prices.

Is there security car parking?

Yes, car park numbers 3,4 and 5 have security gates and most parking is undercover. We insist that no valuables are left in your vehicle.

What are the bedding arrangements?

There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom is located on a different level. The top floor bedroom has a king bed, middle floor bedroom has a king split bed and a sofa and the ground floor bedroom has a queen bed.

Telephone?

All calls from the house are recorded at reception and charged at hotel rates.

Kasuari entertainment?

There is Austar, DVD, CD stereo and x4 Televisions.

Are cots and high chairs available in the beach villa?

The resort provides these in 7 day blocks at a cost of $44 for a cot and $35 for a high chair (prices subject to change by the resort).

What is the beach like?

Diggers Beach is patrolled by life guards during the summer school holidays. Diggers Beach Reserve has a playground, electric barbeque, picnic shelters, 2 viewing platforms and beach showers. A walk over the headland takes you to Park Beach, Coffs main beach.
