Deposits and Final Payment
A 25% deposit must be paid at time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations and Refunds
If booking is cancelled giving 30 days notice we will refund your deposit, less a 5% administration fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival there is no refund unless we can secure another tenant.

Conditions of Occupancy
The maximum persons permitted to occupy the house is 8. Parties are not permitted and if this condition is breeched then the owner has the power to end guests tenancy immediately without refund. Please respect other resort guests.

Loss
The owners take no responsibility for loss of personal property.

Check Out - Check In
The premisis are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure. Your credit card is required at check in for security reasons.

Early Departure
No Refunds will be given for Early Departure.

Cleaning
The premisis are to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a charge for extra cleaning.

Telephone Services
Telephones are provided in Kasuari for your convenience. The cost of telephone calls are based on hotel / motel rates.

Pets
Although much loved, pets are not allowed.

Every effort will be made to ensure the property is available as booked. However management reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Management also reserves the right to charge guests credit card for damages and breakages, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses.
Management are not responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premisis booked and our cancellation policy will apply.
